Resurfacing
Treatments
Brighter, smoother skin.
Resurfacers work by removing dead skin cells and encouraging new ones to grow, leading to a fresher, more glowing skin. It encourages collagen production and cell renewal, to reveal an age-defying healthier, younger-looking complexion. Resurfacers (also called chemical peels) are used to treat skin conditions such as wrinkles and lines, acne, hyper-pigmentation, and sun damage.
First popularized in the 1990’s, chemical peels are now a basic staple in skin rejuvenation.
Light Resurfacing Peels involve the application of an active solution. The active ingredient exfoliates the dead, sloughed, superficial skin of the epidermis to allow more vibrant skin underneath to emerge. Treatment is pain-free although you may feel some mild tingling and warmth to the skin. With our Light Peels you may experience some flaking post-treatment but generally there is zero downtime.
